Team Building events: Is a HoiTea ToiTea event right for your corporate gathering?

When we learn, we grow and connect. Blending tea and learning about the process is a great way to get to know a group of friends or colleagues more deeply. Too busy or have too large of a group to come to us? Let us know, and we will arrange to come to you!

How far are you willing to travel for a private event?

That depends. Give us a call; let’s talk about it!

What is your cancellation policy?

HoiTEA ToiTEA blending classes should be viewed as any other important ticketed event like a concert, play, or movie. Certainly plans can change and we are very understanding about that, so unlike concert, play, or movie tickets, we simply require a 48 hour notice of your cancellation by walk-in, phone, or email. We will refund or reschedule as long as 48 hour notice is provided. This allows us the opportunity to determine the number of attendees for each event so we are able fill empty spaces and staff accordingly. It is important to note that we will charge an event fee for any reservations that are not cancelled within 48 hours. Public classes are subject to cancellation if we have less than 5 attendees. These cancellations are very rare and customers will be notified via phone and/or email of a cancelled class.

How many people do I need for a private tea blending class?

We require a minimum head count of 5 people for a private tea blending class or a minimum spend of $250 for the group.

How do I book a private tea blending class?

Easy! Simply email or give us a call on what class you’re interested in, how many will be attending, and when you’d like to come.

Am I able to reserve the space for a private event? How about after hours?

Yes! There is opportunity to reserve the space. Pricing varies based upon needs, please contact us discuss.
